on 500 acres of river-bottom woodland, carefully above the 100-year
flood plane, this 4200 square foot home is a Design and Build project.
It includes extensive hand-made magnolia and fir doors, windows, cabinets
and furniture and full floating half-curved staircase, as well as
walk-in vault and passive solar heating with indoor greenhouse. It
also has a third story loft and a caretakers apartment over the garage.
